Overview of the role:
The job holder is responsible for Fashion website on product content and online promotional activities across Fashion E-commerce platforms and 3rd parties to drive trade. The job holder will also be accountable for generating an augmented customer experience and to develop and executing the Fashion brand image (DNA) into the market and provide a unique digital consumer experience.
What you will do
Driving Sales
- Setup products for sale on Fashion websites and mobile apps using E-commerce platform
- Manages Online Merchandising – Category Listing
- Report weekly sales performance for products and categories
- Ensure website assets are photographed, retouched, and aesthetically on-brand
- Monitor web analytics as per principle guidelines
- Assist in coordinating initial allocations, new samples, and core replenishment
- Ensure product is delivered to distribution centers and coordinate on-sales and pre-sales
Traffic Conversion
- Work on Improvement plans to enhance customer experience
- Publish collateral for Watsons online platforms Home Page and new landing pages
- Incorporate Best Practices online to ensure online to offline flow
Audit Reports
- Prepare reports and analyze conversion numbers
- Execute catalog audits to ensure the right products are up for sale on Fashion online platforms
- Monitor inventory levels for all GCC domains
- Reference analytics tools to explore and report on trends and opportunities
Marketing Plan
- Demand Management (from Sales insights)
- Develop SEO (search engine optimization) and pay-per-click (PPC)
- Propose and set up promotions for Fashion online platforms
- Report promotion performance for each campaign
- Support the Senior Marketing Manager to improve our digital strategies for website merchandising, promotions, personalization, and new digital experiences
- Keep Ecom site exciting and alive (Banners, Blogs)
- Request and deliver collateral for new and existing international domains
Team Collaboration
- Building strong relationships with internal and external teams, especially the Buying and other brand teams
- Partner with key cross-functional teams including Creative Team and Marketing Team
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to focus on trading performance.
- A keen eye for product selection and merchandising.
- High customer focus with a strong understanding of customer needs.
- E-com operations are specially fulfillment and post purchase behavior.
- Analytical and numerical skills with hands on experience with MS Excel , PPT & GA.
- Experience in digital Marketing KPI’s and how digital marketing works for Ecommerce transactional websites.
- Experience in e-tail and retail environments is essential.

Minimum Qualification and Knowledge
Education : Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
Minimum Experience: +3 years of experience in an e-commerce or merchandising role, preferably within a multi-channel retailer or pure-play environment.
- Solid understanding of e-commerce operations and retail processes.
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experience with platforms such as Shopify or similar.
