Job Requirements

Experience of managing Profit & Loss accounts

Ability to deliver contractual KPIs through the management of the operational team

Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a large team

Experience of recruiting, managing performance reviews and dealing with HR related issues

Experience of working in partnership with internal and external stakeholders
