You will have a desire to work in a busy and challenging role and provide support for a high volume of HR related queries across the firm. You will be working as part of the HR Advisory service team and will support clients within the healthcare sector on all aspect of ER cases and change activity and we require an individual who can work at all levels and drive high performance across a business.
Strong working knowledge of UK employment law
Investigating complex ER cases - experience of leading on high volume ER cases
Provide guidance and training to Managers and clients on all HR queries
Support HR Projects
