Reward & Performance Specialist

Job Description

Research and recommend creative solutions to pay and benefits.
Manage salary survey and benchmarking activities and model costs.
Manage the annual salary review.
Day to day management of all benefits and the introduction of new benefits.
Manage the organisation's job evaluation scheme.
Work closely with benefit providers.
Work with Organisational Development to manage the annual performance review cycle and communication.

 

Job Requirements

Permanent
Up to £55,000
Benefits: Pension, Life Assurance, 27 Days Annual Leave (raising to 33 with length of service & option to buy 5 more days), Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay, Paid Qualifications, Car Scheme
Remote working with occasional meetings at the London office
