The purpose of this inventory is to staff a permanent position immediately, and to create a pool of partially qualified candidates that will be used to staff similar positions within the Fisheries and Oceans Canada.
The Property Maintenance Coordinator/Real Property Technician will be expected to provide technical real property expertise in asset planning, maintenance and life cycle management. As a key player in the specialized computerized asset maintenance system; he will be responsible for monitoring the management of preventive maintenance.
