• Undertake quantitative and qualitative analysis of HR enquiries and feedback to facilitate review of HR policies/ guidelines
• Develop and implement HR communications strategies to deliver clear and timely HR information to employees
• Lead and implement service/ process improvement initiatives by harnessing technology to enhance service delivery and operational effectiveness
• Address employees’ enquiries to provide prompt and relevant solutions to meet their HR information needs
• Good organisational and analytical skills with the ability to multi-task in a challenging and fast-paced environment
• Familiarity with data management, process improvement, analytical tools such as Excel’s Macros, Power Pivot and Power Query, and programming language such as R and Python would be an advantage
• Effective team player with strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
