• Be part of a team that catalyses transformation in industry by defining and administering programmes and incentive schemes for firms in the built environment.
• Engage industry stakeholders to ensure governance, compliance and effectiveness of our schemes, and providing guidance and advice to firms embarking on their transformation journeys.
• Plan, develop, manage and review programmes and incentive schemes, to support strategic transformation outcomes in the built environment sector. This includes close collaboration with other government agencies.
• Work with internal stakeholders and vendors to develop a secure and efficient system (including IT) for efficient fund administration, performance analysis and reporting.
• Tertiary qualification in engineering or built environment related discipline preferred. Preferably with 2 or more years work experience in either the built environment industry or other government agencies.
• Quick learner with demonstrated ability in client engagement
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Good writing, communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter who works well independently and in teams
