EXECUTIVE, ADMIN (11-MONTH CONTRACT) - CET ACADEMY

Job Description

Liaise with learners, course leaders and other stakeholders on all matters to ensure learners’ successful launch and completion of courses
Involve in the publicity of courses through different platforms and event participation
Handle all learners’ course/funding enquiries and feedback
Administer course applications and enrolments, billings and correspondences
Prepare learners’ funding claims and manage financial schemes
Manage all learner and course records and prepare statistical reports according to the Records Management procedures

 

Job Requirements

At least 2 years of working experience, preferably in one of these areas: educational programme management, Accounting and IT
Proficient in MS Office applications with intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel knowledge
Good communications, people and customer service skills
Excellent time management and multi-tasking ability
High adaptability to changes in a fast-paced environment
Fresh graduates with the relevant skillsets and good service orientation will be considered. Salary will be commensurate accordingly.
