Job Profile:-
1. Troubleshooting & Repairing a variety of Material Handling Equipments.
2. Taking care of PM schedule & breakdown maintenance of equipments
3. Provide prompt response to inquiries whenever there is breakdown and resolve the issue as quickly as possible
4. Need to work closely with customers and forklift operators.
5. Timely Guidance to site Service Engineers to resolve customer issues.
6. Customer site visits incase of major breakdowns.
7. Attending to customer complaints
8. Responsibility of business promotion like AMC / Spare Parts/ Training/ Refurbishing
9. Strong communication & coordination skills
