Specialist / Senior Specialist

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Project Management: Lead the strategic planning and execution of business initiatives, ensuring alignment with Toyota’s objectives. Manage project timelines, cost, and deliverables to ensure successful project completion.
2. Market Research and Business Case Development: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential areas for growth. Develop business cases by analyzing data and market needs to support strategic decision-making.
3. Financial Analysis: Develop financial models to evaluate business opportunities, performing detailed financial analysis and valuation to guide decision-making.
4. Stakeholder Engagement: Engage with various stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners, to drive project success and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
5. Business Management: Establish KPI management framework that covers regular performance review with the existing businesses, reporting to the Management team and subsequent follow-up.
6. Administrative Tasks: Manage administrative tasks such as handling contracts, agreements, PR (Purchase Requisition) & PO (Purchase Order) processes and maintaining accurate records to ensure smooth project.
7. Other Value Chain Projects: Support other value chain projects within the team as needed. This may include M&A activities, such as due diligence and integration processes, if necessary.

JOB REQUIREMENT

• 3-5 years of experience in in business analysis, project management, strategy, or corporate finance.
• Fresh graduates who fulfill the requirements & have a solid understanding of business and finance are welcomed.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business, or related field.

• Advanced degrees (MBA or equivalent) are also welcome to apply.

• Strong analytical and numerical skills with expertise in feasibility studies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with all levels of stakeholders.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
• Possess good business acumen.
• Open to travel for business.

REQUIRED SKILLS

Following skills will be an advantage:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.
• Solid background in financial analysis, feasibility studies, and market research.
• Knowledge of project planning & management and business/budget planning
• Understanding of the automotive industry’s value chain preferred but not necessary.
