Job Description
Are you a team-oriented person with an eye for equities? Do you want to handle multiple responsibilities, ranging from investments in small and large companies to interacting with company management and analysts? We are looking for a colleague who is ready to play a central role and contribute to our processes and develop our product together with our local and Nordic equities team.
The role
You will be part of a committed team of three people, where we value mutual cooperation. The team is responsible for investments in Danish equities and invests in both larger Danish companies and small companies. In total, the team manages approximately DKK 10 billion. The team is part of our larger Nordic equity team.
Our process is based on fundamental stock analysis and thus deep knowledge of the individual stocks. In addition to stock analysis and idea generation for investment proposals, the work consists of model building and participation in ongoing portfolio construction work. Programming skills to implement AI solutions are an advantage. You will work in close contact with the companies we choose to invest in and will be central to our ESG work. We manage funds for clients, so there will also be activities aimed at clients.
Your profile
We are therefore looking for a portfolio manager for the Danish equity team who:
- Possesses a great passion for stocks!
- Contributes to idea generation for new holdings, challenges existing holdings and processes new and existing customers.
- Engages in a team-oriented working method to manage and develop the entire investment process including investment decisions and portfolio construction.
- Builds and maintains a broad network with Danske Bank Asset Management's other equity teams.
