Responsibilities
Handled general office tasks like document processing, mail distribution, appointment scheduling, and maintaining filing systems.
Managed office supplies, equipment upkeep, meeting room bookings, and requisitions.
Compiled monthly reports, maintained KPI dashboards, and submitted regular checklists and statistics.
Supported recruitment processes, staff orientation, interview arrangements, and HR-related document submissions for the department.
Assisted in preparing meeting materials, work plans, and contributed to departmental and cluster-level publications.
Coordinate and assist in organizing departmental functions, responsible of gifts collection and
distribution to sections.
Coordinate pharmacists annual competency test including reservation of room, invigilate, marking and
prepare results memo.
Requirements
Diploma with minimum 2 years of experience in clerical and administrative duties.
Team player and ability to work with minimum supervision.
Experience working in the Healthcare settings an advantage.
Salary up to $3,500 + AWS + Variable Bonus
