Analyst, Product Management

Visa U.S.A. Inc., a Visa Inc. company, needs a Analyst, Product Management (multiple openings) in Foster City, CA to

• Responsible for building data products and solutions that deliver substantial value to Visa teams and its clients.
• Work closely with business teams, engineers, architects, and global cross-functional counterparts to build and iterate data products.
• Provide data exploration and analyses of large data to enable data driven stories and product features.
• Lead projects requiring expert knowledge of data and business rules needed to build robust data products.
• Drive definition, prioritization of stories and acceptance for agile teams working on the data products.
• Present the product requirements and features through demos supported by the data analysis.
• Position reports to the Foster City, CA office and may allow for partial telecommuting.
  
  
  Qualifications

• Basic Qualifications:

  • Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field, followed by 5 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or in a related analyst or developer occupation.
  • Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree in Technology, Business Analytics, or a related field and 2 years of experience in the job offered or in a related analyst or developer occupation.
  • Data management or data analysis;
  • Agile (Scrum) project methodology and practices;
  • Presenting product value and requirements to end users and technology teams;
  • SQL;
  • Python; and
  • Statistical tools and packages.
    
    U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is $188,885.00 USD to $208,885.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus and equity.
