The Marine Electronic Development (MELDEV) Program is a professional development program which provides you with the required skills to be an Electronics Technologist in the Canadian Coast Guard (CCG). MELDEVs are typically hired at the EL-02 level and progress to the EL-05 (working level) in approximately three years.
