    Job Description

     
    The Area Support Team Leader will ensure the smooth running of the 24/7 operations support team, ensuring that staffing levels are maintained and site trained personnel are adequately licensed to ensure customer serviced level agreements are maintained and adhered to on customer contracts. 

     

    Job Requirements

    To be the first point of escalation for the Operations Support Team with any security personnel queries,
    Rostering system checks on new and terminated contracts.
    To develop and implement new methods of working and operating to improve output and efficiencies for the Operations Support Team and customers they support.
    To assist with recruitment ensuring that staffing levels meet the agreed service levels and that all recruitment is completed in a timely manner in accordance with company policy and procedure.
