We are looking for a confident communicator who is able to build long lasting relationships with both clients and candidates whilst managing the busy recruitment process.
Job Requirements
Strategically map and connect with BIFA membership to promote Freight Development Pathway delegates upon competition of Pathway
Build wide and effective networks across all sites of BIFA Members and Manpower Internal Teams to proactively develop opportunities FDP delegates
Identification and on-boarding of vacancies to include, requirement understanding, fee negotiation and vacancy control through delegate presentation, interview arrangement, offer management and placement
