Job Description
The Site Supervisor role is a varied one, from being responsible for the daily running of the facilities on our 55+ sites, including cleaning of the site, health and safety checks, fire safety, and minor repairs through to ensuring the environment is well maintained and welcoming. The role is also responsible for undertaking some external works, such as litter picking and low-level landscaping.
Job Requirements
Site Supervisors will provide a safe and secure environment across our 55+ schemes as required by being responsible for the daily running of the facilities including health and safety checks, cleanliness and minor repairs.
We are looking for someone who has experience of cleaning, health and safety awareness, and undertaking compliance checks. The role includes maintaining accurate records, handling money, and sound working knowledge of Microsoft packages, including specialist housing software.
