A well established and trusted Main contractor with a varied public and private sector portfolio of schemes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to assist them on a major scheme entering a critical handover phase.
In addition to having a proven track record on new build commercial schemes of £10m+, you should have valid SMSTS and First aid at work certificates plus a current CSCS Card. It's envisaged you'll be an accomplished "boots in the ground" Manager who is focussed on deleivery and also au fait with contract administration and record keeping.
