Our client, a successful architectural practice, with over 50 years of history, and a number of offices across the UK are seeking a talented Senior / Associate Architect to join their expanding Leicester office. They have a determination to provide a first-class service, which has generated client relationships across both the private and public sectors.
5 years + as an ARB Architect
Working within a Senior Architect role or above in a current practice/consultancy
Highly experienced on delivery of scheme designs
Capable of leading projects and detailing
Live within a commutable distance of Leicester
Good Revit skills and a good understanding of BIM (desirable)
Proven experience on submitting projects for planning
Demonstrate a range of work on varying project sectors
Experienced in running projects and follow through design work through to the technical delivery of projects
Good knowledge of construction techniques
