    Job Description

    As National Heating Sales Manager you will manage a team of Sales Account Managers and Service Engineers, and be responsible for developing the sales strategy, as well as be partly responsible in training activities and marketing strategy. You will drive sales of the air to water heat pump products, including AWHP and renewables. You will manage the existing distribution sales channels & develop their sales performance.

     

    Job Requirements

    Solid experience in the Heating Heat Pump market, preferably gained from a reputable manufacturer. Engineering or other relevant technical based qualifications are desirable.
    Proven effective leadership and management skills.
    Good understanding of all relevant legislations and government grants.
    Has great technical and product awareness, including product development and business planning.
    Knowledge of heating route to market, B2B and B2B2C, plumbing and heating industry, and specialist renewable distribution.
