Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, the focus of this Warehouse Team Leader role is to lead, manage, and develop the warehouse team to ensure a smooth-running, safe, and efficient environment that consistently achieves targets.
taking responsibility for all relevant KPI's, ensuring SLAs are met and handovers are completed and sent after each shift.
monitoring the quality of service provided by your team on a day-to-day basis.
leading by example and ensure full compliance regarding H&S, site rules, housekeeping, security, and waste segregation. Additionally, highlighting any improvement ideas to Warehouse Manager with detail of the opportunity.
