Roll out of new hosted IPT across 2-3 businesses, working with 3rd party suppliers and acting as the technical lead
Implementation of on-prem Alcatel IPT systems to replace legacy systems at multiple sites, acting as the technical lead
Upgrade and maintenance of existing on-prem Alcatel IPT systems at multiple sites, acting as the technical lead
