    NC Associates are working with a leading international company based in St Helens, who are looking for a Part Time Accounts Assistant to join their small finance team to cover maternity leave for 12 months.

     

    Job Requirements

    Ensure purchase invoices are processed in a timely and accurate manner to the correct general ledger account and cost centre
    Processing employee expenses
    Chasing dealers for payment & ensuring the sales ledger is kept tidy
    Posting and allocating cash received against the sales ledger
    Upload weekly invoice file to wholesale finance company
