You will lead a team of Metering Representative and an Assistant Field Manager to deliver contractual service levels, within the constraints of contract prices and budgets.
You will play a key role in managing the day to day operations by liaising with other business functions regarding work issues; ensuring work allocation reflects manpower availability and productive potential within the team. This will also include managing budgets and staffing levels in line with workload fluctuations to ensure profitability and delivering SLA’s in line with client agreements.
