Experience of working as part of, or assisting, operational management teams
The ability to maintain a polite and courteous manner at all times
Excellent written and spoken communication skills
Good IT skills, especially MS Word and MS Excel
A minimum of five GCSEs at grade 4-9 (C-A*)
