The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal and communication skills and excellent organisational skills. You will be able to prioritise and manage and communicate at all levels. You will be self-motivated with a 'can-do' attitude and able to work closely with other departments to deliver client requirements.
* Be responsible for the direct management of up to 25 Operational colleagues including Supervisors, Civil Enforcement Officers, and Maintenance Officers.
* Provide support and direction for enforcement Supervisors and frontline colleagues.
* Be responsible for the management of all on street operations.
* Be responsible for delivery of all contractual KPIs.
* Effectively manage colleague rotas, holidays, and overtime.
* Ensure effective communication across frontline teams.
