As a Recovery Worker, you will oversee case load of clients and work with individuals to develop agreed, meaningful and achievable person-centered plans with positive outcomes that meet the individual`s aspirations. You will complete a range of activities during key working sessions, ensure positive risk assessments are created and implemented in line with our policies and procedures and signpost people we support to other services for additional support.
You must have experience in supporting vulnerable adults with ill mental health, in particular those struggling with addiction and those who have been involved with the criminal justice system.
