The work is a real mix of credit hire cases, suspected credit hire fraud, liability investigations and bodily injury cases.
Analyse the information available and create case strategies on credit hire cases keeping in mind any client guidelines
Liaise and negotiate with insureds, insurers, as well as third part solicitors with the aime of pursuing rapid and expedient settlement of cases
Conduct court telephone hearings
Conduct periodic file reviews
Provide updates to clients on the progress of cases and case activity
