Create accurate, engaging and intuitive digital content that helps users learn independently
Create videos, support documents, and recorded product demonstrations
Working closely with technical departments to understand how best to communicate with customers
Have an in depth understanding of the software and translate this into customer friendly digital support tools
Building and updating training overlays
