Our client is a fast-growing family-owned business based in the Portsmouth area and is a leading provider of facilities equipment and smart home products. They are looking to recruit a Finance Manager who is responsible for key financial activity and will manage a team of 8 staff. The Finance Manager reports to the Managing Director. Our client is growing through exceptional growth, has a strong management team and this role will help support that vision of growth.
5 years plus experience in management accounting
Accounts qualifications advantageous however work experience will be taken into consideration
Previous finance management experience
Strong data analysis skill
Strong technical accounting knowledge
Strong commercial and business awareness, in order to apply decisions that support sales and other functions
Excellent communication skills
Experienced with using Microsoft Office applications, advanced Excel
Team player with good working relationships, strong team management and leadership qualities.
