The Premises Assistant will be responsible for carrying out a range of duties in relation to the buildings and site operation.
You are expected to ensure buildings & grounds are safe, clean, & welcoming for all buildings users.
The post holder is expected to provide a first-class service in maintaining the premises, security, heating, lighting, plant equipment and health and safety within the grounds as well as general site services.
The postholder may be required to undertake duties commensurate with the grade of the post as directed. You will also provide academy-specific duties such as delivery of the catered, breakfast & after school clubs & events, site clearance in adverse weather conditions & emergencies to ensure sites can be opened safely and you must promote & safeguard the welfare of children, young and vulnerable people that you are responsible for or encounter.
