Senior Quantity Surveyor - Our client is currently recruiting a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their specialist Civil Engineering contracting business. The company that the Senior Quantity Surveyor will be working for are a well-established Civil Engineering contractor, whom work on projects from conception through construction to project delivery.
Manage the Cost Value Reconciliation process within the business
Establish and maintain the Operations/Commercial partnership required
Monitor manage risk & associated budgets
Monitor performance standards & quality
Procure subcontractors at lower than Tender sums whenever possible. Seek to negotiate the best price for the company
