Reporting to the Chief Legal Counsel, APAC region, based in Singapore, our client is looking for an experienced paralegal based in either Malaysia or other APAC markets. You will work closely with various business units and corporate functions of the company and regional specialists.
Prepare contracts using company-approved template contracts.
To have a firm understanding of the company's policies, forms and contract procedures so as to provide support to client service associates and assure compliance with the company's policies.
Oversee the operation of automated external facing portals for highly standardized contracts (e.g. Non-Disclosure Agreements).
Review third-party changes proposed to our template contracts (e.g. Local Service Agreements and contract addendums) / other documents.
