The Operations Manager is responsible to function as Team Leader & Marketing Specialist for the outlet, to ensure customer relationship, day to day activities, setting up long and short term goals, employee engagement and to make sure the monthly targets/goals are achieved.
· Identify issues or gaps for the outlets and come up with creative ideas to address issues.
· Plan a reasonable budget for any operation related spendings and always seek for better solutions which fits the company’s best interest.
· Form a continuous improvement cycle to achieve the monthly Targets.
· Builds and lead high performing teams and effectively trains, motivates, managing, develops and retain talents in order to improve the sales and the quality of services.
