The People Director will provide the strategic leadership of the people agenda and organisational culture to ensure the business remains an employer of choice. In this role you will be responsible for the design, delivery and implementation of the ambitious people agenda and lead the full people team (Payroll, Reward, HR Operations, HR Business Partnering, Recruitment, Learning and Development and Wellbeing ) in an inspiring and influential manner.
Travel to Birmingham required once a week or once every two weeks ( flexibility required also for quarterly leadership meetings )
