Turner Lovell are recruiting for a Civil Site Manager to manage the civil work packages, (main build civil works and building service packages) for a large energy facility being built in Wales. Our client is an international engineering and construction firm, with a wide range of projects throughout the UK and Europe.
Acting as Principal Site Manager for a new energy facility build project in the UK.
Day-to-day management of site personnel, subcontractors, and general works on site
Effectively liaise with all stakeholders and working parties throughout the project
Ensure CDM Regulations procedures are being followed
Develop, monitor, and implement safety documentation (QA plans e.g., ITPs/Risk assessments).
Help to reduce construction associated costs
Planning and programming of current and future works
