Our client, one of South Wales' largest Housing Associations, is recruiting for a Development Manager. This key role is responsible for managing schemes from concept to feasibility, including full viability, funding, planning and the tender process, and ensuring schemes are delivered to site in line with the organisation's development programme.
* Experience of working within the Housing sector in South Wales, including new-build social or open-market developments
* A thorough understanding of the technical aspects of building construction and design
* Knowledge of external grant funding streams available to the housing sector
