An exciting opportunity has presented itself at Systech IT Solutions based in Hull for a Product Support Engineer. The role is primarily remote, with travel to the head office and client sites from time to time.
2+ years of experience in technical support, product support, or a related field.
Experience with Microsoft Azure.
Experience with Microsoft End Point Manager.
Experience in Application packaging (MSI, MSIX, and other package formats).
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
