Have excellent telephone manners and communication skills
Be the first point of contact and deal with customer queries/issues
Direct incoming calls to relevant departments
Schedule service engineers
Log customer issues within our system
Handling the filing for the office
Proficient in the use of MS office suites such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc
Manage personal and shared mailboxes
Be able to work in a team and think proactively
At least 3 years of experience
