Working closely with the Operations team to cover all issues raised on the maintenance of the apartment
Good understanding/experience in using an array of tools across a variety of day-to-day maintenance jobs
A thorough understanding and experience in basic carpentry, including cutting, measuring, and fitting
Good plumbing knowledge, including leak tracing, changing and repairing taps, and understanding valves/water flow to stop any leaks immediately
