* Develop and manage relationships with B2B clients, acting as a trusted advisor and leading all aspects of their marketing strategies
* Lead and inspire account teams to deliver exceptional work across multiple channels
* Work closely with clients to understand their business objectives, challenges and opportunities, and develop strategic plans to help them achieve their goals
* 5+ years of experience in B2B account management or business development in a marketing agency environment
* Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies and tactics across multiple channels (digital, social, email, events, etc.)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
* Proven ability to lead and inspire account teams to deliver exceptional work
