Experienced in Procurement, ideally in Construction or Professional Services
Experience of working within the requirements of the Public Sector regulations including the Public Contracts Regulations, the Utility Contracts Regulations and/or NEC contract frameworks
Ability to formulate and develop strategic initiatives
