If based outside of Germany, then you would be hired as a contractor and would receive a base salary only although after pre-production is passed they are going to implement a package for all employees - contents TBC.
* Fluent in Unreal Engine 5 - preferably someone who has worked on open-world games
* A problem solver - someone who doesn't just do SFX and can come up with solutions for shaders, rendering, etc. An all-rounder!
