Overseeing the implementation and delivery of key HR initiatives, as the interface between professional HR and the business.
Operating strategically and operationally, delivering people solutions aligned to business objectives, involving the full range of employment lifecycle processes.
Dealing with complex or sensitive day to day people management issues.
Facilitating discussions around change and restructures.
