Job Description

• Experience in a telephony-based financial assistance or collections role, within financial services or utilities would be desirable
• A desire to help customers who need further support
• Experience taking payments and arranging suitable payment plans
• Flexibility to work rotational shifts Monday to Friday 8am to 8pm, Saturday 8am to 5pm
• A brilliant eye for detail and an ability to handle complex issues
• Ability to navigate through a number of in-house databases

Job Requirements

As a Collections Agent, you will be making outbound calls to customers who are in financial difficulty. Using your collections experience and customer service skills your role would be taking a payment there and then or arranging a payment plan suitable for the customer but also viable for the client.
