    Job Description

    1. Receives, reviews, coordinates, prepares and/or processes applications, correspondence, certification / service documents, and/or other technical materials to be processed and submitted for approval / signature, ensuring accuracy of content and adherence to departmental procedures, regulations and legislation; also coordinates requests for the translation of various documents.
    2. Provides support to the technical teams for all phases of oversight activities such as research, logistical arrangements for meetings, teleconferences and workshops, and preparation of decision records / action registers and other documents, amongst others.
    3. Gathers and enters data into databases, verifies accuracy and generates reports and documents.
    4. Files documents and keeps records in accordance with central agency and departmental directives and guidelines.

     

    Job Requirements

    1. Provides mailing and associated distribution services; and assists in monitoring calendar and/or email activities as assigned.
    2. Responds to inquiries from internal and external clients, and/or redirects inquiries to the appropriate source.
    3. Provides coaching, mentoring and on-the-job training to work colleagues on processes, systems and procedures to support the technical team.
