Elections Canada offers a hybrid work model which permits telework in most situations. However, as of March 27, 2023, employees are expected to work onsite at least 2 days per week (or a minimum of 40% of their working schedule).
This includes one fixed day onsite for all employees of the same team and one flexible day (i.e. not fixed) at an onsite location. Work arrangements outside of this model will be considered on an exceptional basis only.
