Primary responsibilities for this position include providing direct, caring support to students through an assessment of needs, connection to resources on and off-campus, and support in accessing and navigating resources and services.
This position is responsible for case creation, outreach to and engagement of students, and all case documentation tasks for an assigned caseload of students. The Case Manager will facilitate a variety of interventions, referrals and follow-up services appropriate to identified student needs.
