    Job Description

    The Assistant Procurement Card Administrator is responsible for actively marketing and enrolling suppliers in the University’s preferred payment method, Payment Plus.


    Job Requirements

    They will also manage the e-payables process including paying suppliers that have opted for payment by a Procurement Card Push process. Additionally, they are responsible for managing an active supplier data base, focusing on supplier retention and negotiating payment settlements and addressing issues and concerns from suppliers.
