The LPN is a member of the multidisciplinary ambulatory team who is responsible for patient care, patient satisfaction, and clinical outcomes.
The LPN performs the duties for which they are trained such as patient care coordination, conducting outpatient nursing visits, triaging incoming patient/family requests and notifying the RN or provider with any necessary information in the patients condition.
